中华人民共和国国际科学技术合作奖（2023年） 荣获此奖项
Pedro Antonio Valdés-Sosa（裴德乐），古巴脑科学家，自2015年起全职在电子科技大学工作。作为主要发起人创建全球大脑联盟组织，发起"中国-古巴-加拿大"国际脑科学合作计划，构建连接全球脑电学者的WeBrain平台，为中国脑科学领域国际合作作出重要贡献。2023年10月获习近平主席复信鼓励。 Pedro Antonio Valdés-Sosa, Cuban neuroscientist, has worked full-time at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China since 2015. As a principal founder of the Global Brain Consortium, he initiated the China-Cuba-Canada international brain science cooperation program and built the WeBrain platform connecting global EEG researchers. In October 2023, he received a reply letter of encouragement from President Xi Jinping.
