Jens Nielsen（延斯·尼尔森），丹麦生物创新研究院院长、瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学教授，中国工程院外籍院士，美国工程院、科学院、医学院院士。国际代谢工程学科的重要奠基人与开拓者，连续30年保持与中国的友好合作，与北京化工大学谭天伟院士团队深度合作推动合成生物学发展。 Jens Nielsen, CEO of the BioInnovation Institute of Denmark and Professor at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. Foreign member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and member of the US National Academies of Engineering, Sciences, and Medicine. A pioneering founder of metabolic engineering, he has maintained friendly cooperation with China for 30 years and deeply collaborated with Academician Tan Tianwei's team at Beijing University of Chemical Technology to advance synthetic biology.
