Akira Suzuki（铃木章），日本北海道大学名誉教授，2010年诺贝尔化学奖得主，因发现铃木反应（Suzuki coupling）而闻名于世。长期推动中日化学领域科技合作与交流，为有机合成化学的发展作出卓越贡献。 Akira Suzuki, Professor Emeritus at Hokkaido University, Japan, 2010 Nobel Prize laureate in Chemistry, world-renowned for discovering the Suzuki reaction (Suzuki coupling). He has long promoted Sino-Japanese scientific cooperation in chemistry and made outstanding contributions to the development of organic synthetic chemistry.
